This font was inspired by the typeface used in Revell's line of Japanese
robot model kits called Robotech Defenders, and later in
the Robotech television series and comic books after a licensing deal
with Harmony Gold. I don't know what the original typeface was. I
made it primarily because the only other Robotech-inspired font
available at the time, "Robotech Complete", didn't satisfy.
I based this font on the letters R, O, B, T, E, C, and H from the
Robotech logo, then made up the others from scratch, including variants of the
letters A, M, G, F, and E, and the numbers, most notably the 2 and 5.

for fan sites requires no payment.
Harmony Gold currently uses this font for the promotion
of Robotech.
